Our Agency was founded by Omer G. Gress in 1964. We have enjoyed steady growth over the years and have been recognized as one of the leading insurance agencies in the area. We have earned our reputation for professionalism due to the special attention given to the needs and requirements of our clients.

Gress-Kinney-Parrish Insurance is a professional organization dedicated to providing the best insurance products available to it's clients at the most reasonable cost. We serve several thousand clients in the Central Washington area as well as the rest of the State of Washington and Oregon. We specialize in providing personal and commercial lines of property and casualty insurance, group and individual health coverages and individual life insurance. By providing outstanding service and assistance to our customers, we have established a base of customer referrals as a major source of business. Our insurance companies also recognize that we perform for them beyond just selling insurance. This reputation has distinguished our Agency as a top performer with our clients and companies.

One of Gress-Kinney-Parrish's major assets is our staff. Many of our employees have been with GKP for 15 + years. Doug Parrish

Doug started his insurance career as an agent with Gress-Kinney-Parrish in 1986, becoming a Principal in 1993.

Rob Tee

Rob joined Gress Kinney Parrish in November of 2008, after spending 5 years at Professional Insurance Agents as an E&O Specialist. Prior to that, Rob was an Agency Field Specialist with State Farm Insurance. After graduating from the University of Washington in 1987, Rob began his insurance career with State Farm Insurance. Over the years, he’s worked in automobile claims, public affairs, government affairs, and agency services.

Rob currently serves on the board of directors of the Yakima Valley Landlords Association, and the Central Washington Home Builders Association. He’s a past board member and Treasurer of the Yakima Valley Ski Club. Rob and his family have volunteered at the Union Gospel Mission in Yakima.

Rob enjoys road cycling, snow skiing, wood working, river rafting and DIY home improvement projects.
